VS 2010 with Silverlight 4.0

Oct 17, 2011 at 11:27 PM

I'm not able to load several projects using VS 2010 and Silverlight 4.0. Is there an upgrade path to using Silverlight 4? I see that Silverlight 3.0 is referenced in the project files. The projects not loadable are:

Silverlight.WebLog.ClientCore; ~Default.Widgets; ~Client.UI; ~Common; ~DB; ~Server.UI.Web

Thank you.

Hello Justin,

i did the hard way and tried to convert the Project to VS2010 with .Net4.
I managed almost everything, modified the EntityModel so that it compiles gracefully.

Recreated the Client.Core Module.

but I stuck on the RichTextControl you used.

The Project relies on ComponentOne RichTextBox.

I have no ComponentOne Controls and I find it very expensive.
I wonder if it is possible to use the existing SL4 RichTextBox.

But I'm not sure how you use it in the Project. How you use the "HTML" Property Binding and what does it exactly?

It would be wonderfull to have a "Real Full Sourcecode" sample.
